K9 Learning believes in science-based and positive reward-based training methods that create a fun learning environment for both humans and dogs. When you are having fun, whatever you do becomes rewarding and makes you want to do more of it. Through fun learning experiences, desirable behaviors are retained and repeated.
We are one of the three IAABC certified dog behavior consultants in Marin and offer canine behavior consultation and private dog training that helps you bring fun into training your dogs while addressing undesirable behaviors. We also provide coaching support to owner-trainers with mobility assistance dogs and psychiatric service dogs. Our specialty is in working with anxious, fear-aggressive dogs and dogs with reactivity issues.
K9 Learning is based in Novato, CA and offers in-person dog training sessions in Marin and virtual training sessions for clients reside outside of Marin county.
